Appointments:
My services are by appointment only. Individual therapy is scheduled in 45-50 minute sessions. I am currently scheduling sessions on Fridays from 9am to 5pm. Services available include assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, play therapy, filial therapy, behavior modification, and others. Fees and Payments:
My practice is fee for service. If you wish to submit a claim to your insurance company I can provide the appropriate documentation. Please contact me for fees and schedule.
If you must cancel a therapy appointment please let me know 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged and be responsible for full payment. There are also fees associated with services rendered outside of therapy sessions such as reports and court appearances.
Payment is due at the end of every session. The fee schedule is reviewed periodically. In the rare event that collection action should be necessary; you will be responsible for the amount due plus all collection costs including attorney fees.
